In case the changes to the certified explosion protection, materials and other standardized elements and units are made the applicant should give the prior notice to TCCExEE. TCCExEE considers if the additional tests or evaluation of the manufacture are necessary for these changes. The manufacturer can manufacture products after TCCExEE gives its permission.

If the changes are essential and the conformity certification process should be carried out again TCCExEE gives the notice to the applicant.

The applicant should provide TCCExEE with two copies of notices of changes and new technical documentation for consideration.

TCCExEE shall not consider any changes made to the structure except those of explosion protection.
