Before the beginning of the process an applicant together with the certifying body should define the conformity certification scheme.

If an applicant is not able to define the scheme of explosion protected electrical equipment conformity this scheme will be defined by TCCExEE. In this case the defined scheme of explosion protected electrical equipment should be approved by the applicant.
