After successful tests of product samples, summing up other types of work (examination of documentation, evaluation of manufacturing, technical supervision) in accordance with selected certification scheme, TCCExEE prepares the conformity certificate, registers it in the Registry and issues it to the applicant.

The conformity certificate for mass production covers all products manufactured during its validity period taking into account the warranty period provided that transportation, warehousing and storage conform to norms and standards.

The conformity certificate for mass production is issued together with license agreement and technical supervision for certified products characteristics outline.

The certificate and license agreement is not prolonged.

To get new certificate the applicant not later than three month before the valid certificate expires should submit new application form to TCCExEE.

If the certified products remain after certificate expires new conformity certificate is issued for the rest of the products after their identification (based on testing records during certification tests).

Certificate may have the appendix of the set form. If the list of products (assortment, range) is enlarged or reduced the appendix cannot be changed, in this case the new conformity certificate with new appendix is issued.

If the list of products (assortment, range) is extended the conformity certification is started with applying to TCCExEE. At the same time the applicant should provide all additional information for TCCExEE to define the volume of certification process.

TCCExEE may reduce the procedure for certification of extended list of products.
