Conformity certification procedure  >> Expertise of the manufacturing line;>>

The expertise of the manufacturing line is carried out to:

• evaluate the real conditions of the manufacturing of the production applied for conformity certification, this should provide the continuous conformity level of certified characteristics and indicators of the explosion protected electrical equipment with the current standards and documents;
• confirm that the company is capable to manufacture products according to the current standards and documents;
• issue the recommendations of time and forms of engineering supervision of certified product manufacture.

Manufacturing line expertise includes the expertise of standard, technical and technological documentation in particular:

• check of performance and characteristics of explosion protected electrical equipment conformity with norms and standards specified in technical documentation and norms and standards applied to its manufacturing process;
• issue the recommendations of time and forms of engineering supervision of certified product manufacture;
• assessment of raw material, materials and parts entry control system and assessment of technological process control system;
• check of the measurement accuracy and test equipment conformity with permissible deviations specified in technical documentation;
• check of availability and efficiency of applied metrological devices and testing equipment.

The commission of 1 or 2 experts from TCCExEE examines the manufacturing of explosion protected electrical equipment during 4-5 days.
