An applicant for testing of explosion protected electrical equipment (including foreign applicant) should submit the application form to TCCExEE.

Any individual or any legal entity may submit the application for single device certification.

An applicant for certification of mass production should be legal entity acting on behalf of itself or its authorized proxy. In the latter case the applicant should provide the power of attorney authorized the right of the manufacture together with the application.

In “Additional information” section of the application the applicant should provide its bank details, accompanying forms, manufacturer, supplier, manufacture date and so on.

If an applicant cannot provide the information of "Name of the standardization document", name of the accredited testing laboratory (center) this information will be filled by TCCExEE.

If a foreign (imported) production is submitted for conformation then the applicant should provide the name of the production and customs code UKT ZED (no need to provide specifications and DKPP code).

A sole trader as an applicant should provide the following information in the line “Manufacturer name, supplier (hereinafter applicant), legal address, EDRPOU”: “Manufacturer’s address is …” or "Supplier’s address is …”. If there is no possibility to provide EDRPOU, the number and date of issue of the sole trader license should be provided.
